What we like
  • The navigation menu divides the app in 5 main sections: daily workouts, a comprehensive library of workouts, a log section for your sport activity and your nutrition, monthly challenges and the account management page
  • I love the monthly challenges to drive usage and retention over the long run
    • I also like the page to log information on your fitness activity and nutrition as you the user will have "mounting losses" (S. Tavel) if he leaves the app
